Maaran Construction began with a simple conviction: that good buildings start with good engineering, not just good bricklaying. Er. D. Selladurai opened a small civil consultancy in Ramanathapuram, taking on planning and structural design work for local families who wanted their homes done right.
As word spread, that consultancy grew into a full construction company — expanding to a second office in Manachanallur, Trichy, and building out an in-house team covering planning, DTCP approval, structural design, land surveying and complete construction execution.
Today, Maaran Construction is trusted across both districts for one reason: every project, big or small, is treated with the same engineering rigor as the very first.

With a Diploma in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering degree, Er. D. Selladurai has spent over a decade turning technical drawings into finished, structurally sound buildings across Coimbatore and Trichy.
He personally oversees planning, structural design and plan approval for every Maaran Construction project, and remains directly involved in site supervision from foundation to handover — a hands-on approach clients consistently mention in their feedback.
